Integration Health has assumed a lifesaver role for large industries like ours. After our SuccessFactors project, the biggest concern for our HR teams was the possibility of service disruptions, data errors, or issues with transferring critical payroll-related data to SAP HR systems due to CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) problems. On the SuccessFactors side, we are able to receive data error notifications via separate emails, specific to each company code, twice a day. Similarly, being able to receive notifications for service disruptions and CPI errors via email has provided us with great relief. Reporting all these data errors to the respective HR departments via email has facilitated quick actions by the HR teams. Within the Integration Health application, IKSAP has created areas where they provide their recommendations and we can enter our own suggestions for resolving the reported errors. These areas are crucial for building know-how and ensuring swift actions for the encountered errors. In fact, with the latest development, the HR teams can provide feedback on whether the reported errors have been resolved or not, based on the recommendations provided in the error notification emails. The integration between SuccessFactors and SAP systems appeared daunting and complex, and it seemed challenging to take prompt action in the event of an error. However, with the Integration Health application, we can quickly identify the type and source of the error and receive guidance, which has created a reassuring environment for us.

In February, we started using the SF EC application for all company employees. Due to our dynamic structure and the fact that many of our systems retrieve data from our existing program, seamless integration from EC to SAP with zero errors is crucial for us. Our biggest helper in this regard is the integration error notifications provided by the IKSAP team. On a daily basis, our HR team receives emails about errors and how to resolve them. Yes, it works. Errors encountered in CPI and SAP On-Premise are reported. However, our content does not include IKSAP Solutions.

3Does it include third-party integrations?

It sends the encountered errors in the desired iFlow on CPI. If there is an API available to retrieve logs for third-party systems, it can be connected.

4What should be done if the proposed solutions are not sufficient?

Customers can provide feedback on the proposed solutions. The feedback is reviewed by IKSAP and, if appropriate, the solutions are updated accordingly.

5How long does the installation process take?

The installation process takes place within 2 days. It involves raising requests on the SAP side, adapting web services, and adapting iFlows by CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).

6How should our task allocation be after Integration Health?

Technical errors can be assigned to the IT department, while application errors can be assigned to individuals within business units at the company level.
