Document Services are four API services running on HRAlyze, IKSAP's web-based product platform: PDF generation from HTML (HTML2PDF), PDF encryption, Excel encryption and URL shortening. All run server-side with a single REST call; no client installation is required. Payroll, personnel and performance documents come out exactly the same on every device, do not circulate without a password and are shared via short, measurable links that fit in an SMS.
What problem does it solve?
Inconsistent output.
A PDF printed from the browser varies from device to device; the same payslip looks different for two employees.
Unprotected files.
Payslips and salary lists circulate by email without a password.
Long links.
Long URLs increase SMS costs and do not inspire trust.
Repeated coding.
Each module rewrites its own document generation and protection.
What does it deliver?
Print-ready, identical PDFs.
HTML2PDF generates on the server; A4 portrait/landscape, the same result on every device.
File-level passwords.
Open and owner passwords for PDF, workbook-level protection for Excel; files cannot be opened without a password.
Short, measurable links.
Unique 8-character code, click metrics.
Chainable flow.
Generate → encrypt → share; one pattern, the same in every module.
Fast integration.
Ready-made Angular services via ABP Auto API; added to the existing flow.
Four services
- 1
HTML2PDF
HTML → PDF; A4 portrait/landscape; server-side, consistent.
- 2
PDF encryption
Open and owner passwords.
- 3
Excel encryption
Workbook-level protection.
- 4
URL shortening
8-character code, click tracking.
Where is it used?
Performance reports · Payroll and personnel documents · Survey and SMS invitations · Evaluation forms. IKSAP's own products (Survey Management, Store Performance, Budget Management, etc.) use these services; the organization's own applications can also connect to the same REST endpoints.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are Document Services?
Four server-side APIs on IKSAP's HRAlyze platform: HTML2PDF, PDF encryption, Excel encryption and URL shortening; used with a single REST call.
Is client installation required?
No. Processing is done server-side; it is client-independent and auditable.
How is a payroll PDF protected?
A document generated with HTML2PDF is password-protected with the PDF encryption service; it cannot be opened without a password.
Can I use it from my own application?
Yes; the services are REST endpoints, and ready-made Angular services come via ABP Auto API.
