Budget Management is a web application running on HRAlyze, IKSAP's web-based product platform, that plans personnel costs by scenario and produces a 12-month net payroll projection. A budget moves through four stages, from draft to active, locked and archived; historical data in an approved budget cannot be changed. Tax brackets, SGK (Social Security Institution) rates and statutory values are entered as parameters; the months when employees move into a higher tax bracket are flagged months in advance. The AI assistant understands budget commands given in plain language and submits them for approval.
