Store Performance
From KPIs to compensation, one system.
Store Performance is an IKSAP web application that measures retail employees' performance against store KPIs (revenue, PL, FBA, receipts, basket, NPS, click-and-collect) in two periods per year. Hires, leave and store changes are pulled automatically from SAP SuccessFactors; position-based KPI weights are defined as percentages; if data is missing, the "fallback rule" uses the company average, so the process is not held up. Results feed into compensation processes through Excel and chart reports.
What problem does it solve?
Unfair measurement.
Store results and individual performance are handled separately; employees who change stores during the period are evaluated incorrectly.
A process that stalls on missing data.
If a KPI has no target, the evaluation waits.
Manual forms and emails.
Forms are recreated every period and reminders are sent by hand.
What does it deliver?
Automated with SuccessFactors data.
Hires, leave and store changes are automatically included in the calculation.
Position-weighted KPIs.
KPI impact by role as percentages; weights can be adjusted by year and period.
Uninterrupted calculation.
The average method for KPIs without targets, the company average when there is no data; the process doesn't stop.
One-click periods.
The process and email flow for the active period start with one click; forms are created automatically and reminders are sent by the system.
Manager approval and scoring.
A mandatory checklist before approval; standard categorization (quadrant) by score ranges.
Input to compensation.
Excel, chart, annual average and periodic KPI reports.

Frequently Asked Questions

It is loaded automatically via integration or manually via Excel.
What happens if data is missing?
The "fallback rule" applies: the company average is used and the evaluation is not held up.
Can it be used outside retail?
Yes; KPI types and roles are configurable, but the calculation engine (cumulative target, staff turnover rate, fallback rule) is designed for retail.
