IBYS

IBYS (ISMS): Occupational Health and Safety refers to the Information Management System. The Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services circular and ISG experts and workplace physicians can use IBYS solution of IKSAP, one of the 200 integrator companies authorized by the Ministry. IKSAP IBYS meets all the needs of occupational health and safety specialists and workplace physicians as well as the information requested by the Ministry is sent to the Ministry by e-signature.

Article 6 of Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 states that: "Employer for the provision of occupational health and safety services, including work to prevent occupational risks and protect them;

a) Employees must employ occupational safety specialist, workplace physician, and other health personnel in workplaces with a very hazardous class of ten or more employees. In the absence of personnel with the qualifications specified among their employees, the Company may perform the service in full or part by receiving services from the common health and safety units. However, if it possesses the qualifications and the necessary documentation, it may undertake the performance of this service by taking into account the hazard class and the number of employees. (Additional sentence: September 10, 2014 - Article 6552/16) Employer employers who do not have the required qualifications and documentation but have less than 50 employees and are in a low-hazardous category and who are not certified by the Ministry may provide occupational health and safety services, excluding job entry and periodic examinations and examinations, provided that the Ministry completes the training."
