IKSAP SFSMS is a solution provided to users by IKSAP to send their passwords via SMS to those who forgot their password when logging into the SAP SuccessFactors module. In the SuccessFactors standard, I forgot my password allows for transactions. While these operations are performed through email only through SuccessFactors, IKSAP SFSMS allows users to send their new passwords via SMS.
