We participated in the HR Summit - themed "Digital World, Technological Transformation and Human Resources," with QNB Finansbank as the Main Sponsor - held at Volkswagen Arena on 2 - 3 May 2019.
As technology develops more every day, it is impossible to think of human resources and HR management independently of these developments. In this sense, at the summit where technological transformation and the importance of HR in this transformation were discussed, IKSAP took part at booth number 35.
The positive transformation areas that digitalization would bring to human resources formed the main framework of the summit. At the end of the summit, the positive transformation areas were summarized in four categories:
