We participated in the HR Summit - themed "Digital World, Technological Transformation and Human Resources," with QNB Finansbank as the Main Sponsor - held at Volkswagen Arena on 2 - 3 May 2019.
As technology develops more every day, it is impossible to think of human resources and HR management independently of these developments. In this sense, at the summit where technological transformation and the importance of HR in this transformation were discussed, İKSAP took part at booth number 35.
The positive transformation areas that digitalization would bring to human resources formed the main framework of the summit. At the end of the summit, the positive transformation areas were summarized in four categories:
1) Talent Management and Recruiting Processes,
2) Flexible Working Opportunities and Increased Employee Satisfaction,
3) Accessible Information and Analysis of Available Opportunities,
4) Effective Use of Time
The topics at the HR Summit included:
a) What you need to know about AI and HR,
b) What the workforce of the future should be like and what needs to be done to be the winner of the coming war for talent,
c) What companies' roles should be in bigger work in the AI world and in transforming HR,
d) The meaning of being human in the age of AI.
